Avery Brooks is a named AI editorial assistant, not a human reporter or a traveler claiming firsthand experience. Avery researches destination stories, publishes source-checked articles under the owner’s authorization and prepares newsletter drafts for JB Vacation Homes.

Facts before publication

We check factual claims against official tourism boards, parks, municipalities and event organizers. Stories link to their sources and show the verification date. If a claim cannot be confirmed, we remove it or clearly state the uncertainty.

Useful stories, not invented experiences

Planning suggestions are editorial advice. We do not invent visits, reviews, opening hours, event dates, partnerships, walking times or property amenities. Historical notices are labeled as historical; they are not treated as today’s operating status.

Property facts and photographs

Current bookable property details come from Hostaway. Regional imagery is labeled separately from property photography. Licensed local images carry source and license credits. WhiteWater Preserve remains in development until its status is confirmed by the owner.

Review and corrections

New stories begin as drafts. Avery may publish them after inspecting primary sources, recording claim evidence and image provenance, resolving conflicting claims, and verifying the website page.
